- An username and password will be provided for Bualuang i-Trading service.

They are based on method of order placement:
*Excluding VAT (+ 7%).
*Excluding Trading Fee 0.005%, Clearing Fee 0.001%, and Regulatory Fee 0.001% of trade value per day.
Daily minimum commission is applied on the day you have an order
executed. It is based on account type, settlement and documents delivery methods:
- Cash Balance and Trade via i-Trading and receieve order confirmation via E-mail (E-Confirmation) ; No minimum.
- Settlement
by auto-debiting/crediting (ATS) and documents delivery by post or
to a trading room; 100 Baht/day/account.
- Using
messenger services; 200 Baht/day/account.
We offer 4 types of accounts:
- Cash Balance
- Cash Collateral
- Normal Cash
- Credit Balance
- Foreign clients, including Thais who reside abroad, are requested
to use cash balance accounts.
- Clients should have Thai Baht bank accounts in order to receive
dividends from registered companies. The bank accounts can be
resident or non-resident. Please visit Bangkok Bank website for

- Credit balance is reserved for clients with established track
records of any type of Bualuang cash account.
- Opening a joint trading account is not permitted.

Settlement and Cash collateral deposit methods
In accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Association of Thai Securities Companies,
Bualuang Securities Public Company Limited (“The Company”), has designated the following channels for receiving money from customers:
- E-ATS: Self-service real time fund transfer by the customer via the Internet from customer’s ATS bank account (Only available for Bangkok Bank and Siam Commercial Bank).
- Automatic Transfer System (ATS): Direct debit of funds from the customer’s ATS bank account.
- 3.Bill payment services: Can be made via internet banking, ATM, or bank counter services by using the form prescribed by The Company (Only available for Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn Bank and Siam Commercial Bank).
- BAHTNET: Fund transfer via the electronic network between the commercial bank and the Bank of Thailand.
Settlement date for all types of accounts is T+2. Please note that
cash collateral and normal cash clients applying for Bualuang i-Trading
service will be asked to settle by ATS.
A joint bank account is not applicable for settlement.
ATS for bank account of KBANK can be applied via
ATM of KBANK by following these steps.
1. Insert your card, and type PIN number.
2. Choose “Other / Direct Debit > Register KBANK Direct Debit”.
3. Select from > Savings Account.
4. Insert Company ID: 50201, and press “Correct”.
5. Insert Customer ID: (6 digits), and press “Correct”.
6. Read Terms and Conditions and press “Confirm”
7. Press “Confirm Transaction”. (If the receipts could not be produced,
or your transaction has timed out, the transaction will be canceled.)
8. Fax the slip to 02 618 1120. After receiving confirmation documents,
you will be able to use ATS service

1. Bill payment service of BBL, KBANK, and SCB.
For Bill Payment Service of Bangkok Bank
Complete the transaction with correct Reference number 1 (Your 7-digit number of equity account or 6-digit number of your derivatives account) and Reference number 2 (Your ID or passport number similar to the one given to BLS). The system will automatically deposit the money to the specified trading account. However, reference number 2 must be numerical text. If your passport number has any alphabet, we would like to suggest you to use our E-Pay service as described in option 2 below.
For Bill Payment Service of Siam Commercial Bank and Kasikorn Bank
After clients finish the transactions via Internet Banking , ATM or Bank Counter Service ,Bualuang Securities will verify the completeness of transactions at 9.15 am, 10.30 am, 12.00 pm, 2.00 pm, 3.30 pm, 4.30 pm and 5.30 pm of every business day. The money will be added to the trading account on the same business day after the transaction is verified. Clients are not required to send or fax any document.
2. E-Pay:
An online channel through which you can deposit cash as collateral for securities or derivatives trading accounts. The amount transferred via E-Pay must be between Bt10,000 and Bt500,000 per transaction. The E-Pay service is free-of-charge. No documents are needed after funds are transferred via E-Pay.

3. E-ATS:

4. Bank counters service.
Clients can remit money to the pledged account or to Bualuag Securities
bank account in order to increase buying limit. Please fax every
remittance testimony to 66-2266-6967. Your funds can be used when
we receive confirmation from the bank.

Cash Balance |
- Clients maintain a balance of cash or
stock prior to trading. The cash balance will receive interests
at deposit rate.
- Buying limit is up to the balance of cash.
- For same-day trading, clients receive or pay only the difference
between buy-sell orders.
- Settlement date is T+2. However, buying limit is decreased
or increased immediately upon trading. |
Cash Collateral |
- Clients can trade up until credit limit.
- Clients deposit assets such as cash,
promissory notes, or securities as collateral for trading.
The collateral rate is 20 percent of buying limit. The cash
balance will receive interests at deposit
rate.
- For same-day trading, clients receive or pay only the difference
between buy-sell orders. |
Normal Cash |
- No collateral is required.
- Apply to only juristic clients as prescribed by the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
- For same-day trading, clients receive or pay only the difference
between buy-sell orders. |
Credit Balance |
- Credit balance is a margin loan account.
Clients are requested to deposit collateral (equity) at a rate
of 50% of trading limit prior to trading (Initial Margin Requirement).
When clients buy, the company will deduct from the deposit
amount. If deposit is not adequate, the company will provide
loans for clients to cover positions.
- Only margin-able
securities are tradable with this account
type. They are divided into groups by initial margin requirements.
- Value of clients’ portfolio is calculated by Mark-to-Market
approach at the end of every working day.
- Equity collateral of at least 35% of portfolio market value
(Maintenance Margin Requirement) needs to be maintained. When
the equity falls below the maintenance margin requirement,
more equity will be called from clients.
- Should the equity fall below 25% of the portfolio market
value (Minimum Margin Requirement), loan pay-back will be enforced
by force-selling of collateral until the minimum margin requirement
is fulfilled within T+1.
- Accountable equity includes cash, promissory note, and securities.
- The cash collateral will receive interests at deposit
rate while the loan amount will be charged at loan
rate.
- The company may recall loan or force-sell should the client
have an outstanding debt without appropriate trading volume
for a long period of time. |
